You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Simply reach out to us with your Order ID through email or via our Contact Us form. Once your order is canceled, we will promptly notify you.


Return and Refund Policy

At Nestwish, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. That’s why we’ve designed a straightforward return and replacement process to resolve any issues promptly. Kindly note the following conditions for initiating a return or replacement:

When You Can Replace:

  1. Damaged Product: If the product you receive is damaged.
  2. Incorrect Product: If the item delivered differs from what you ordered.
  3. Incomplete Product: If any part of the product is missing.

Steps to Request a Replacement:

  1. Send an email to hellonestwish@gmail.com with all necessary details, including your Order ID and a clear unboxing video of the product.
  2. Ensure that your replacement request is initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this time frame will not be entertained.

Verification and Process:

  • Once we receive your replacement request via email within the specified timeframe, our team will verify the details within 2 working days.
  • If the product qualifies for replacement, we will arrange for a pickup from your location.
  • After the product reaches us, we’ll thoroughly review it within 2 days to confirm it is undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • Upon successful review, your replacement product will be shipped promptly.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays during this process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
